Staying healthy and knowing when one is not healthy is critical to this journey called life. What does healthy look like? Pause for a moment and think about how you feel and think when you are healthy. Keep those moments before you so when someone or something comes along that causes you to no longer feel or think in a healthy manner, disconnect immediately. This is often easier said the done, especially when you are trying to make it work. The issue with staying connected is that you rob yourself of being healthy. Please consider adhering to the warning signs. Your healthy place must be sacred. This means it is mandatory that you protect it at all cost. When a job, relationship, position or assignment has run its course, one will know the unhealthy warning signs and sense them internally. The only thing staying does is keep you from being healthy.
