Your Environment Shapes Your Direction

Lekevie Johnson understands that environment plays a major role in personal growth and leadership development. The people you surround yourself with, the conversations you entertain, and the spaces you remain in all shape your direction.

If you are constantly in environments that limit growth, it becomes difficult to move forward. Not because you lack potential, but because you are being influenced in ways that keep you stagnant. On the other hand, the right environment challenges you, stretches you, and holds you accountable.

Leadership requires awareness. You have to be honest about what is helping you grow and what is holding you back. That may mean making difficult decisions about where you spend your time and who you allow to influence you.

You do not become better by accident. You become better by intention.

And often, that starts with changing your environment.
