You really have to MAKE time to sit and reflect on every aspect of each situation that has taken place in your life. You then have to disect each and every aspect and view it under a microscope while allowing yourself to breathe as you really are seeing the situation(s) in ways you've possibly never seen them before. When we ask to be forgiven by those who our debri trickled down upon, we MUST NOT forget to forgive ourselves as well because just like them, we are human too made of flesh, blood and capable of falling short of God's glory. I speak from my own personal experiences of having been at both ends of the spectrum.
